CLASS DESCRIPTIONS/REQUIREMENTS

TUMBLING

TOTS TUMBLE AGES 3-5

This class is tailored to 3-5 year olds to teach them level 1 basics! 

LEVEL 1

This foundational tumbling class is perfect for athletes new to tumbling or looking to master the basics. Focus is placed on developing proper technique, body control, and strength. We've separated this into two different classes to better suit our athletes. Please look at the requirements to attend the Advanced class signing up! 


Beginner: Just starting out - working on the basics! Forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, backbends 

Advanced: *Must have a backbend kickover to attend. 

LEVEL 2

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered Level 1 tumbling and are ready to begin power tumbling and introduce back handsprings with proper technique.

Requirements to Attend:
Athletes must have:

  • A solid back walkover 
  • Strong round-off technique
  • Front Walkover 
  • Back Walkover series/combos 

LEVEL 3 & UP

For advanced tumblers ready to work on more powerful skills and connecting multiple tumbling elements. This class emphasizes form, technique, and conditioning for higher-level tumbling passes.


Requirements to Attend:
Athletes must consistently perform:

  • Standing back handspring (unassisted)
  • Round-off back handspring multiples (unassisted)
  • Front walkover round-off back-handspring 
  • Strong technique and control

JUMPS

This class focuses on building explosive power, flexibility, and technique to improve cheerleading jumps. Athletes will learn proper jump form, timing, and execution, while also working on strength and flexibility drills to increase jump height and body control.

Want to become a stronger, safer, and more confident flyer? Our Flying Class is designed specifically for  all cheerleaders looking to improve body control, flexibility, technique, and performance in the air. This class is short but mighty! Check out our Summer Class Pass for Flyer classes

Open Gym is the perfect opportunity for athletes to work on skills at their own pace in a fun, safe, and supervised environment. Whether you’re looking to practice tumbling, stunts, jumps, or flexibility — this is your time to shine!
