Cheerleading Tryout Clinic Registration
Cost of tryouts is $25.00 each. All participants receive a T-shirt.
One form per registrant please.
Welcome to our online registration form
so that we can order your T-shirt and take a estimated head count.
Please make sure you also bring the online 2010-2011 TRYOUTS FORM (pdf) filled out with your check or cash to the gym with required signatures. When you arrive at the gym for tryouts, please let us know that you submitted this PRE REGISTRATION form online
so we can check our records and give you your shirt. If we do not get your form in on time,
you may not get a t-shirt at tryouts. |
Grades K-5th tryouts will be Mon., August 16th
Check in: 5:30 to 6:00 pm
Parent meeting: 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Tryouts grades K-5th: 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Grades 6th-12th tryouts will be Wed., August 18th
Check in: 5:30 to 6:00 pm
Parent meeting: 6:00 to 7:00 pm

REGISTRATION: Please send in form by Wednesday, August 11th prior to clinic. Walk ups OK but pre-registered is preferred. Please do not report to the location more than 15 minutes prior to start of clinic. Bring a snack and beverage. We will take a few small breaks between rotations. |
